My Personal Injury Claim Limited operates at 2 independent levels:

1) INSTRUCT A LAWYER:
We bring together the claimant and the personal injury specialist lawyer. We help the claimant to prepare the preliminary claim report and we then select from our panel of law experts the most appropriate one to represent the claimant. We get paid a fee by the law firm as part of the case cost awarded against the defendant’s insurers. None of our income is gained from the claimant at all.

2) INSTRUCT A MEDICAL EXPERT:
We are instructed by law firms to nominate medical experts to carry out examination of claimants, or to appear as expert witnesses in contested court cases. Our nationwide panel of medical experts cover a wide range of medical fields and they are all experienced in the medico-legal arena.
